Terms and Regulations

User Eligibility. Provide accurate, complete information. Users must be at least 18 years old or have proper authorization.
Account Responsibility. Keep account credentials confidential; activity under an account is the account holder’s responsibility.
Use of the System. Use the portal only for employment-related purposes. False information, fraud, and misuse are prohibited.
Job Posting Guidelines. Employers must post legitimate, clear, lawful, non-misleading, and non-discriminatory job opportunities.
Application Process. Job seekers must submit truthful and updated information. Falsification may result in account suspension.
Data Privacy. Personal information is used only for employment and recruitment purposes and handled in accordance with applicable data privacy laws.
System Availability. PESO Baao may conduct maintenance or updates and does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Limitation of Liability. PESO Baao is not liable for direct or indirect damages or employment outcomes arising from portal use, to the extent permitted by law.
Account Suspension or Termination. PESO Baao may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Amendments. These terms may be updated. Users will be notified of significant changes.
